There is a $35 registration fee. Following submission of this registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on payment. Failure to produce payment by September 20th will result in removal from the Festival.

The Certificate must include, at minimum, vendor liability coverage and the addition of Orange Township, Delaware County, Ohio, its elected officials, officers, employees, agents and representatives as “Additional Insured”.
