FAQs for Vendors

No, you do not need to be a resident of the township to attend the event or participate in the vendor fair.

Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms are strictly prohibited, as well as items prohibited by park rules. Knives must be in a closed case for display for the safety of participants.

While we encourage locally made products, it is not a requirement that products be made in Ohio.

Copies of licenses should be brought with you:

Vendors selling products in which sales tax is collected are required to obtain a vendor’s license.

Certified Organic vendors must provide a copy of certification.

Vendors selling products that require a mobile food license must present a copy of their mobile food license.

Food Trucks will need to be inspected by the Orange Township Fire Department.

It is $20 for a 12'x18' space. If you need more space than that, please register twice and include that in your registration. An additional fee may apply.

Registration for vendors will be accepted through September 15, 2023. Fees need to be paid following confirmation email or by September 22, 2023. The $20 payment can be via check made out to Orange Township and dropped off or mailed to Township Hall (1680 E. Orange Road, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035) or online through the Delaware County Foundation (https://delawarecf.org/donate-donation-page/ ) under named funds, “Orange Township Community Fund”.

After you receive the confirmaiton email about your vendor registration you will need to make payment. Payments can be made through the Delaware County Foundation. Please select “Named Funds” and scroll until you find “Orange Township Community Fund” https://delawarecf.org/donate-donation-page/. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 business days of receiving your application.

No refunds will be available. We request that you contact as us as soon possible, so that we can remove your name from our marketing and signage to help protect your reputation as a vendor.  We do not wish to have empty tables at our event any more than you want to be listed as a no-show.

A total of 18’ wide by 12’ deep space will be provided. This allows for standard 10’ by 10’ tent, with additional space for extra inventory, space for your staff, etc.

No, you do not need to be a resident of the township to attend the event.

The event is free for attendees. Items are available for purchase from vendors and food trucks. Caramel apples will be sold for $4 each, card only. Inflatables and yard games are free for attendees. 

Yes! There will be bounce houses and inflatables, as well as yard games and balloon animals, face paint, and henna. The Salon Institute will also be providing services for hair tinsel.
