Registration is OPEN for the 2026 Founders Festival. Any questions can be directed to Sydney Herbert, spherbert@orangetwp.org or by calling the Township Hall offices. Proof of insurance is needed for all registered groups. Registration will close September 11th. Spots are limited.
The vendor fee is $35 for vendors selling on site or vendors not selling on site. There is no vendor fee for nonprofits, school groups, or government agencies.
All groups participating are required to send a certificate of insurance to events@orangetwp.org prior to September 24th.
Parking is available at North Road Park and Olentangy High School. A shuttle will run every 15 minutes from Olentangy High School to North Road Park beginning at 2pm and ending at 5pm.
