Shelter Rental Process

Orange Township has five beautiful outdoor park shelters.

Shelters

  • No alcohol or smoking is permitted on Township grounds.
  • No vendors, sales, bounce houses, or food trucks are permitted.
  • The person making the reservation is responsible for cleaning the facility, including placing all trash in the dumpster.
  • Print your receipt and carry it with you as verification.
  • Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of the contract and payment.
  • Reservations are made online.

Community Room

  • Reservations are available Monday thru Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
  • No cooking or grilling is allowed. Slow cookers and food warmers are permitted.
  • Pool access is not included.
  • The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that the room is clean. A vacuum is available, and cleaning supplies are under the sink.
  • Pick up your keycard as early as 5 days prior to your rental at Orange Township Hall (1680 East Orange Road).

Community Room

  • 10 (8ft) Tables and 49 chairs available

  • $50 rental fee per hour

Township Hall Meeting Room

  • Room may be used for civic groups and non-profit organizations.
  • Reservations are available Monday and Friday evenings, 5pm-8pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 10am-8pm. 
  • Food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
  • Applicants are responsible for set up and tear down.
  • Township audio-visual equipment is NOT available for use.

Township Hall Meeting Room

Yes. Only Orange Township residents may rent facilities.

Driver’s licenses are renewed every 4 years. People move and forget to update their driver’s license, so they cannot be accepted as proof. We require a current utility bill with your name and address.

Yes. All shelters are available first come first serve unless a paid reservation is completed.

However, the North Orange Park community room is only available by paid reservation.

No. Parking lots are available for all people enjoying the parks and cannot be reserved for events.

⚠️If you are having internet issues, the Township was informed of a fiber cut. Delaware County is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Due to this matter, the Township Hall offices will be closed at 1:30pm today, Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
