Orange Township is hosting two classes from the Delaware Public Health District. These classes are free and residents of all ages are invited to attend!
The first class will be held on May 13th at the Community Room (7560 Gooding Blvd.) and will begin at 10:00a.m. These classes will be no longer than 1-hour.
The Healthy Eating Class provides practical tips for shopping, cooking, and gardening while emphasizing the importance of essential nutrients that support overall well-being. It also highlights the benefits of maintaining a clean kitchen and making informed food choices to promote a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, the program stresses the importance of staying hydrated to keep the body functioning optimally.
