HEARING NOTICE

The Orange Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following applications:

Application #12-0211, Stephen J. and Cynthia A. Chovan, requesting a variance to reduce the required side yard setback by two (2) feet to 10.50 feet from the required 12.50 feet to allow for the construction of a five (5) foot addition to their garage at 7492 Tall Pine Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 in the Wilshire subdivision, Section 4, Lot 4771, in Range 18, Township 3, Section 4, Farm Lot 2 and Permanent Parcel Number 31842207011000.

After the conclusion of the hearing(s) the Board may consider any other business that properly comes before it.

The hearings will be held at the Orange Township Hall, 1680 E. Orange Road, Lewis Center, Ohio, 43035.

The application and development plans are available for inspection at the Orange Township Zoning Office, 1680 East Orange Road, Lewis Center, Ohio, 43035. Zoning Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except legal holidays.
