North Orange Park Community Room

The Community Room is located at 7560 Gooding Blvd. Delaware, OH 43015, inside the North Orange Park Aquatic Center. It is available for rent, on a first come first serve basis, to individuals and groups. The room is approximately 30 feet by 35 feet and the maximum capacity is seventy people. Tables and chairs are included. There is a refrigerator and microwave. Cooking is prohibited.

The cost to rent the room is $35.00 per hour for residents and $60.00 per hour for non-residents. There is a two hour minimum rental time. A $100.00 cleaning/key deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded when the key is returned to 1680 East Orange Road and as long as the room is cleaned to the condition it was before the rental and the specified times were not exceeded. The person whose name appears on the rental agreement must be the person renting the facility.

Individuals or groups renting the Community Room must comply with the "Community Room Rental Agreement". Applications must be submitted to the Township Administrator for formal approval at least thirty days in advance of the proposed date of use.
